Fans of Arcade Fire, you can now own an important piece of history. The Quebec-based church-turned-recording studio the band recorded both Neon Bible and The Suburbs in is up for sale for just $325,000 (we don't know if that's USD or Canadian money.) The real estate ad reads:
"Charming church which housed a small concert hall, followed by a recording studio also offering accommodation. Its architecture makes it a perfect location for an artist's studio, a place of worship, a cultural, community or other organization. Offer here a unique setting to your project!"
