FM 102/1 WLUM-FM Milwaukee is looking for persons to add to our weekend/part-time on-air roster. If you're a person who also happens to be a creative weirdo with a great work ethic and a positive attitude, then you are EXACTLY what we're looking for.  Ideal candidates will have great passion for the alternative music genre and lifestyle, especially those already living within the Milwaukee metro area. FM 102/1 is constantly recruiting Account Executives. This is an outside sales position in which you would be accountable for selling  commercials and promotions to local and regional business owners and developing your own new business clients. Must be highly assertive, trustworthy, creative and have integrity. The ideal candidate will meet deadlines, be self-motivated, have great follow through skills and a sense of urgency. This is a fast paced environment, so successful Account Executives thrive under pressure and find ways to solve customer challenges. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel basic skills are a must, so are excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a professional presentation. If you are assertive, focused and goal oriented and want to work for a family owned business, this could be your opportunity.

Want to get job experience while going to concerts and hanging out with new friends? FM 102/1 is looking for interns to do just that. But being an intern at FM 102/1 isn’t ALL fun and games. It’s also a lot of responsibility… and fun and games. Here’s what you need to know:

- Interns work on the FM 102/1 Street Team, aiding in the setup, execution, and tear down of live remote events.
- Compensation is offered in the form of college credit, character enrichment, and good karma. While college credit is preferred, it is not required. We won’t deny anyone a good time.
- Interns must be able to dedicate 10-15 hours per week to street events and must be over 18 years of age.
