FM102/1’s Art Riot at The Cooperage, Boone & Crocket on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 will feature more 1000 pieces of art in a variety of mediums, live music and performances over the course of the two day show. Focusing heavily on “low brow” and underground artwork, there will be pieces from local as well as national artists such as Lindsey Kuhn, Emek, Derek Hess, Jeremy Fish and many others.
There will be over 1,000 pieces of art on display and for sale throughout the grounds. Working with Wisconsin Hot Rod Radio, there will be a variety of customized hot rods and bikes too.
Working with schools, art collectives, galleries and record labels, we encourage all artists to participate in the event. There is no charge to show and/or sell artwork at the event. Space is allocated on a first come first placed basis.
In addition to national artists such as Emek, Lindsey Kuhn, Travis Bedel, Seb Duke and Carles García O’Dowd, there will be a number of musical performances including a soon to be announced national performer.
At the close of this year’s event, FM102/1 will be giving away a 2019 Harley-Davidson Sportster from all the entrants who have qualified in the previous 6 months at various station events.
