FM 102/1 WLUM Contest Rules
THE FOLLOWING ARE BASIC CONTEST RULES FOR ANY AND ALL CONTESTS RUN ON WLUM. EACH CONTEST MAY HAVE ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES, IN WHICH CASE A SEPARATE ADDITION TO THESE RULES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SPECIFIC CONTEST PAGE, OR AT THE FM 102/1 WLUM STUDIOS, N72 W12922 GOOD HOPE ROAD, MENOMONEE FALLS, WI 53051:

1. All FM 102/1 WLUM contests are open to any listener unless specific age is required by type of contest, participating agency or advertiser, or by law.
    
2. For prizes valued at $600 or less, only one qualifier or winner per family is permitted within a 30 day period. In the event a winner cannot or does not pick up a prize for any reason, that winner remains ineligible for the 30 day period. For prizes valued at $600 or greater, only one winner per family is permitted within a 90 day period. In the event a winner cannot accept prize for any reason, that winner remains ineligible for the 90 day period.
    
3. Winners may be required to sign a release form, and all winners agree to allow FM 102/1 WLUM to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming in to FM 102/1 WLUM are taped and may be aired on FM 102/1 WLUM without further approval.
    
4. FM 102/1 WLUM is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone system or E-mail system which either inhibit or increase the chances of winning a phone-in or electronic-mail contest. In the event two or more phone lines are "tied together" during a phone in contest, the entire call and all callers "tied together" will be disqualified and another caller will be taken. FM 102/1 WLUM cannot award duplicate prizes to all parties in a "tied together" situation. In case of telephone line malfunctions, the decision of FM 102/1 WLUM will be final.
    
5. Employees and agents of Milwaukee Radio Alliance and their families, their advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to enter contests on FM 102/1 WLUM. Employees of other radio stations, TV stations, newspapers and other media outlets in the Milwaukee metro and their immediate families are ineligible.
    
6. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize. All prizes, unless otherwise stated, must be picked up in person, and signed for by the winner at the FM 102/1 WLUM offices any weekday, between 8:30am and 5pm, within two weeks of winning. Holidays and weekends are included in this two week period. Designated winner's representatives will be allowed to claim prizes, provided prior arrangements have been made. If prizes are not picked up within the stated period, the winner waives their rights to the prize and said prize becomes the possession of FM 102/1 WLUM and may be awarded to another listener at FM 102/1 WLUM discretion. FM 102/1 WLUM will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is solely the winners responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit specified. No prizes will be mailed unless specified during contest or if special arrangements have been made.
    
7. Prizes are non-transferable.
    
8. FM 102/1 WLUM reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner.
    
9. A 1099 MISC Form will be completed and filed with the Internal Revenue Service for each winner who over the course of the calendar year who has won prizes with a total value of $600 or more. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
    
10. FM 102/1 WLUM may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. FM 102/1 WLUM will not be responsible, or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
     
11. If any dispute arises regarding contests, the decision of FM 102/1 WLUM will be final.
     
12. FM 102/1 WLUM, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage from any FM 102/1 WLUM contest or prize awarded in a contest.
     
13. All contest entries become the property of FM 102/1 WLUM. FM 102/1 WLUM may withhold any or all contest materials for any reason station management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
     
14. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
     
15. Unless otherwise stated, any contest conducted at a facility where paid admission is required, may be entered at FM 102/1 WLUM 's studios prior to the event without any paid consideration to enter the event.

Listener Rewards Program (“The Program”)
Rules and Regulations

Earning Rewards: You will earn 100 points for each “Reward Word” entered into your account. “Reward Words” expire at the end of the broadcast day at 11:59pm. "Reward Words" will only be made available on the terrestrial over the air broadcast signal. Any other signal of WLUM-FM (i.e. online streaming & mobile app) will not broadcast "Reward Words". You will also earn 10 points for each friend referral through your “unique link” on various social media up to a maximum of 1,000 points. Point accrual will begin upon your enrollment date. (“Enrollment Date” is the day on which we approve you as a Program member.) No retroactive points will be awarded.

Earning Restrictions: Points earned are not transferable and have no cash value. If there is any abuse of the Program, failure to follow Program terms, or any misrepresentation by you, all unredeemed points shall be forfeited and no additional points shall accumulate. Points from separate enrolled Accounts may not be combined onto one Account. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the Program. Certain items may have bidding process.

Expiration: Points earned in this Program will not expire.

Redemption Process: Delivery time of rewards redeemed depends upon your chosen reward. You will pick up rewards at the FM 102/1 Studios, located at N72 W12922 Good Hope Road, Menomonee Falls, WI. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm, excluding certain holidays. FM 102/1 has no obligation to mail any prizes. Cash prizes will be rewarded in the form of a check. Event tickets will be made available at the FM 102/1 Studios within 2 weeks of event for pick up unless otherwise indicated.

Additional Obligations: You are responsible for any tax liability related to participating in the Program. Prizes valued at over $600 are subject to tax liability.

Program Restrictions: We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Program for any reason whatsoever.

Right to Change/Modify/Cancel: The Program and benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We reservethe right to alter or waive any Program feature or benefit prospectively or retroactively, including, without limitation, point accrual or redemption criteria, or to cancel or temporarily suspend the Program at any time without prior notice.

Program Responsibility: Individual merchants and service providers are responsible for the quality and performance of any goods and/or services redeemed as a benefit of this Program. Any rules of the merchants relating to returns and exchanges of rewards apply. We are not responsible for redeemed goods and/or services offered through the Program. We are not responsible for any disputes among you or any authorized users
relating to the Program.

Neither Milwaukee Radio Alliance nor any of our agents shall be liable for any bodily harm and/or property damage and/or lost opportunity, which may result from participating in the Program or for the provision of goods or services by award merchants or service providers.

Program Void: The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. These Rules and Regulations set forth all the terms of the Program in addition to, and supplement, the Redemption Rules and Regulations that govern the redemption of points/rebates, and any other redemption rules provided by us or our agents. We have no other obligation with respect to the Program beyond those described in these and the Redemption Rules and Regulations.

Redemption Rules
Redemption Options: Redemptions of any kind made online at the FM 102/1 Website do not have a service fee. Milwaukee Radio Alliance is not responsible for service fees charged when you redeem directly through a merchant. (Example: Baggage fees on a trip.)

All prizes are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Employees and families of employees of any other media entity (i.e. radio stations, TV stations, newspapers) are not ineligible to play.

Merchandise, Gift Cards, and Select Events: Redemption levels may vary and are listed in the Listener Rewards Store and online at the redemption website. Minimum redemption amounts may be required to redeem your points and may vary by merchant. We reserve the right to change redemption items offered in the Program at any time without notice. We may also offer additional redemption promotions from time to time; redemption items offered directly through merchants may have terms and conditions controlled by those merchants. Milwaukee Radio Alliance is not responsible for the provision of or failure to provide the stated benefits and services in promotions offered by these merchants.

Employees and agents of Milwaukee Radio Alliance and their families, their advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to enter Listener Rewards on FM 102/1 WLUM. Employees of other radio stations, TV stations, newspapers and other media outlets in the Milwaukee metro and their immediate families are also ineligible.

Adults over 18 years of age are eligible for rewards. Certain Rewards could be only eligible for adults 21+ as required by law.

Reward Restrictions: Redeemed rewards are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. Lost, stolen or mutilated gift cards/gift certificates, concert tickets will not be replaced. Redeemed rewards earned in the Program may not be re-sold or exchanged for other goods or services except as stated on the reward. Certain rewards are available only during the time periods described in the Program communications. We may substitute rewards of equal or greater value as necessary at our discretion. Some rewards have limited availability. Gift cards/gift certificates are valid at participating merchants only, through the expiration date, if any, as permitted by law. Merchants participating in the Program are subject to change. Gift cards/gift certificates and checks must be surrendered upon redemption and no photocopies will be honored. Gift cards/gift certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be returned as cash unless otherwise noted on the gift cards/gift certificates. Purchases in excess of the amount of the gift card/gift certificate are at the reward holder’s expense. Use of any gift card/gift certificate, including gift cards with “Visa” or “MasterCard” on the front, or check is subject to any additional restrictions listed on the gift card/gift certificate or check. It is the reward holder’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions of a Visa/MasterCard (hereinafter “Association”) gift card and/or each merchant’s gift cards/gift certificates. For all merchandise, gift certificate, gift card and attraction ticket rewards, all sales/use taxes, fees, surcharges, optional items, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the reward holder and will apply in accordance with the merchants’ policies in effect at the time of redemption.
